Ageing: 6 months in small barrels of Slavonian oak
Bottling: Month of February, 2 years after the harvest
Refining: 6 months in bottle
Colour: Bright ruby red, with light garnet hues
Bouquet: Rich, full, reminiscent of mushrooms and truffles
Taste: Dry, full and long lasting
