Harvest: Normally between the 3rd decade of September and the beginning of October
Vinification: Seven days at the temperature of 28/32° C followed by maceration for 8 days
Ageing: 2 months in small barrels of Slavonian oak
Bottling: Month of March/April following the harvest
Refining: 2 months in bottle
Colour: Ruby red
Bouquet: Vinous, reminiscent of violet
Taste: Dry, well balanced, with a good body
Food paring: First courses with meat sauce, red meat, cheese
