Soil: Medium soil mix, with a percentage of clay
Vines: Chardonnay 100%
Harvest: Normally around the end of August/ beginning of September
Vinification: After a soft pressing fermentation at controlled temperature (18/20° C)
Ageing: Short period in oak barrels and then stainless steel vats
Bottling: Month of February after the harvest
Refining: 1 month in bottle
Colour: Pale straw yellow
Bouquet: Clean, light, fruity
Taste: Fresh, delicate
Food paring: Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, white meat, chicken and pasta
