Located in a hilly area in the middle of Tuscany, near Barberino Val d'Elsa, Pasolini dall'Onda was one of the first to join the Laudemio association years ago and produces one of the most interesting Italian olive oils.
This clear green extra vergine, made from olives chosen from approximately 1000 trees on the property, is milled with extreme care.
The nose is fragrant and intense, harmonious and long, with a young fruity scent that resembles freshly cut grass.
The flavor is intense yet delicate, elegantly structured and balanced. It has good length with a pleasant typical note of artichoke at the end.
